Light-touch by design — this is a brochure site, not a service. The terms that govern paid consulting engagements are signed separately, per project. What follows covers reading the site and getting in touch.

Content on this site
The text, code, images, and design of this site are © Neil Brown, trading as Proven Innovation. The wordmark and visual identity are mine. You can read, quote in good faith with attribution, and link freely. You can't republish whole pages or pass off the design as yours.
Case studies on this site describe real engagements. Clients are de-identified by default; the four named testimonials are used with explicit permission. If you think you recognise a project and want it confirmed or removed from a description, email me.
Disclaimer
What's on this site is descriptive — what I do, how I work, what I've built. It isn't engineering advice for your specific situation, and it isn't a quote or a commitment. If you want a calibrated answer for a real problem, get in touch and we'll talk.
Paid engagements are governed by a written agreement signed at the start of the work. That agreement, not this page, defines what I deliver, when, and on what terms.
Limitation of liability
I make this site as accurate as I can. Things move; figures get superseded; case studies get edited. I don't accept liability for losses arising from acting on general information here without first checking with me. Statutory consumer protections under Australian law are not affected by this clause.
Linking
Linking to this site is welcome and doesn't need permission. Don't frame the site inside another, don't imply endorsement that hasn't happened, and don't link in a way that misrepresents the work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any dispute arising from use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
